Lamp - Glass, Marble - Art Deco table lamp

This is an Art Deco table lamp from the 1930s, consisting of a figure of a skater on a black marble base. The lamp has a globe-shaped glass shade with green and gold accents. The bronze or zamak figure depicts a graceful dancer or skater. Similar pieces are often attributed to designers such as Marcel-André Bouraine and originate from France. There is a small chip broken from the glass globe; you don’t notice it when it’s at the back. With an authentic twisted fabric cord and a vintage bakelite plug.
