Description from the seller
Cheerful set of 2 West German vases, made by Scheurich, late 1950s.
Foreign line. Discrete fat lava glaze and hand-painted.
Model 517-38, height 38 cm, body Ø 20 cm.
Yellow-beige with hand-painted abstract decoration. Interior glaze is yellow.
At the top edge, on the inside there is a glaze flaw (this is not a crack).
This model is listed in Scheurich's catalog of 1959, but the form already existed in 1957.
Model 575-25, height 25 cm, body Ø 14 cm.
Gray-white with hand-painted abstract decoration. Interior glaze gray.
This model dates from 1960.
The decor names of both vases are not known, but they very likely both bear the name of an Italian city.
These vases bring summer indoors and fit perfectly into any vintage and contemporary interior.
Very good vintage condition, without chips and without cracks.
The photos are part of the description and the condition.
Your purchase will be packed to prevent breakage and shipped insured.
