Natural sapphire, 1 stone, 4.18 carats, blue, oval cut, unheated and loupe-clean, from Sri Lanka, certified by Bellerophon Gemlab (Report No. B38209).
Description from the seller
Here is an exceptional, investment grade loupe clean natural vivid blue sapphire from Sri Lanka, fully certified by the Bellerophon Gemlab in Paris. The pictures do not make any justice on how clean this Sapphire and vivid it is.
What makes this gemstone stand out is its impressive size of over 4 carats combined with the fact that it is completely natural and unheated. Only a very small percentage of sapphires are mined with a natural color and clarity high enough to avoid heat treatment.
The sapphire displays a beautiful, bright blue color. The oval cut is expertly done, giving the stone excellent sparkle and allowing light to reflect wonderfully throughout the gem. It is a highly transparent, eye catching stone that would look stunning set in a custom piece of jewelry or kept safely in a gemstone collection.
