Fine Japanese porcelain set in blue-and-white Kraak style, consisting of 4 cups and 4 saucers. Decorated with mythical figures and floral motifs in deep cobalt blue with the characteristic brown Batavia edge.
Symbolism: "Decorated with the mythical Qilin (symbol of good fortune) and the Japanese lion-dog (Shishi)."
