Brothers von Streit for WMF – a liqueur set with a decanter and 4 glasses – Germany – Art Deco – ca. 1920–1930
An elegant liqueur set made of pressed glass in a subtle lemon-yellow shade. The set consists of a decanter with a stopper and four matching glasses.
The decanter retains its original manufacturer’s label, identifying the piece as produced by Gebrüder von Streit for WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik). The shape of the set, the faceted surfaces, and the architectural bases of the glasses are typical of German industrial design from the interwar period.
Included in the set:
• decanter with stopper,
• 4 glasses.
