Antique brass miner's lamp. Personalized with number 805.
These lamps were used in coal mines for illumination and the detection of dangerous gases.
The design consists of a brass cap, a glass cylinder protected by bars, and a fuel reservoir at the bottom.

Deze lampen werden gebruikt in kolenmijnen voor verlichting en het detecteren van gevaarlijke gassen.
Het ontwerp bestaat uit een messing kap, glazen cilinder beschermd door spijlen, en een reservoir voor brandstof aan de onderkant.
