Description from the seller

This exceptional Rosenthal tea and coffee service (1929-1930) is an Art Deco masterpiece based on the famous "Balmoral" form from Selb-Bavaria and signed by designer Kurt Wendler.

The decoration plays on a bold contrast between white porcelain, coral red, black graphics, and profiles in fine gold, with dynamic, lively geometric motifs. The set alternates the slender silhouettes of coffee cups with tall handles with softer, more sinuous shapes for tea.
To certify its high collectible value are the marks on the bottom: alongside Wendler's signature there is the rare gold stamp "50 Jahre Die Weltmarke", printed only between 1929 and 1930 for the factory's fiftieth anniversary.

10 tea cups, 12 coffee cups, 12 flat plates, 12 medium flat plates, 12 small saucers, 2 milk jugs, 2 teapots, 1 sugar shaker

The pieces are those visible in the photographs.
Good condition, slight material defects and signs of age and normal use due to the era.
Please study the photographs carefully as they are an integral part of the description.

Tracked shipping including secure packaging; any duties and customs taxes will be charged to the buyer.
