For sale is an exceptionally rare and highly collectible three piece tea set from the famous “Tudric” series by Liberty & Co., London, designed by the distinguished Arts & Crafts and Art Nouveau designer Archibald Knox. Each piece bears the original model number 0231 as well as the registered design number RD 420290, dating the design to 1903.

The set includes:
• Teapot with original rattan wrapped handle
• Milk jug
• Sugar bowl

All three pieces belong to the iconic Model 0231 series — one of the most celebrated and widely published Tudric designs.
The pieces feature a hand hammered surface, stylises botanical motifs, and the characteristic fusion of Art Nouveau and Celtic inspired forms for which Knox is renowned. Particularly noteworthy is the well preserved original rattan handle of the teapot, an important quality marker for collectors.

Condition Beautiful, authentic original condition with age appropriate patina. The hammered surfaces and decorative reliefs are well preserved. Overall, the set presents very attractively. Please refer to the photos.
