Description from the seller

Two museum-quality, handmade brass bowls from the Middle East with different materials, including red and yellow copper and silver, possibly Egypt, in the style of the Mamluk revival, inlaid with silver and copper, dating from the early to mid-19th century.

These bowls are of exceptional quality and are worked with high quality both inside and out. The connoisseur will see the difference. The style is more restrained, with a formally decorated surface featuring copper outlines on a brass ground with a pattern, and adorned with stylized silver scrolls and inlay work in Islamic script style.
The bowls have an average diameter of 10.5 cm and a height of 5 cm. And they weigh a total of 492 grams. They are therefore heavy bowls.
