Barolo Riserva DOCG
The Barolo Riserva is produced from a special selection of the oldest Nebbiolo vines of the Rocche cru. This Barolo, deep and complex, gains harmony with time in bottle. When young, it offers a silky texture, velvety tannins and aromas of blackberry, black cherry, earth, cocoa, smoke, tobacco and Eau de Cologne. With age, Vecchie Vigne reveals exceptional brightness and freshness, with a beautiful floral palette, notes of fresh fruit and silky tannins.

Origin: La Morra Rocche dell'Annunziata vineyard:
Total vineyard area: 0,3 ha.
Exposure: Southwest.
Altitude: 300 to 320 m.
Soil type: Clayey and sandy.

Average age: 55 to 60 years
Yield: 4 tonnes/hectare
Fermentation:
in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for about seven days.
Malolactic fermentation finishes in barrel.
Aging:
