Lot consisting of 6 antique Cambodian lime pots shaped like animals (sunfish, rabbits, elephant, quails...).

Beautiful metalwork.

They served as containers for burnt lime, which, mixed with areca nut and spices and wrapped in a betel leaf, was chewed to produce a euphoric effect.

1°) sunfish, local silver, length 4.6 cm, width 2.5 cm, height 3 cm, weight 18 g.
2°) quail, local silver, length 3.4 cm, width 2.6 cm, height 2.2 cm, weight 9 g.
3°) elephant, silver-plated copper, length 4.5 cm, width 2 cm, height 3.6 cm, weight .
