Fantastic page by Peter Bagge, famous for his Neat Stuff, Hate comics, and Buddy Bradly.

Martini Baton is an underground comic character created by the famous cartoonist Peter Bagge . It was the character that helped Bagge start his comic career.

The character first appeared in Weirdo, an influential underground comic magazine started by R. Crumb.
The stories are short, humorous, one-page tales written by David Carrino and drawn by Bagge.

These strips rarely show up - Hate & Neat Stuff can be found quite easily, but this older career-starting work is hardly available.
Also the only one I have.
