Montblanc - Meisterstück Classique (Platinum Line) - Pen

In this section we present the most iconic and widespread format of Hamburg craftsmanship, rendered in a colder, more modern and contemporary aesthetic: the Montblanc Meisterstück Classique Rollerball pen (Model 163) with Platinum Line finishes.

Unlike the traditional versions with gold details, the Platinum Line is aimed at those seeking a more sober and rigorous elegance. The cigar-shaped body is forged in the classic black glossy resin, creating a sharp and beautiful contrast with the bright platinum-plated finishes on the three institutional rings (with the inscription "MONTBLANC MEISTERSTÜCK"), on the clip and on the metal tip. At the top of the cap stands the unmistakable emblem of the white star.

The Rollerball model combines the fluidity of liquid ink typical of a fountain pen with the practicality of a ballpoint pen, while preserving the charm of a removable cap (which snaps onto the body and the end cap). As shown in the photographs of the pen disassembled, the internal structure is intact and the pen carries its original Montblanc refill.

The cosmetic condition is assessable as generally excellent. The black resin maintains a mirror-like polish and is free of chips, cracks, or signs of impact. The platinum plating is bright and intact, with no signs of flaking. In the interest of the usual and strict transparency, only the physiological and almost imperceptible micro-scratches (hairlines) scattered over the body are noted, stemming from normal handling. The serial code is regularly engraved on the clip ring. The lot is offered individually, without the original box.
