Two brass Kashkul bead bowls from India, titled Two Kashmiri Kashkuls, mid‑20th century, with a papier‑mâché exterior: one with a gold‑coloured leaf motif and the other with a red floral motif, unmarked, dimensions 16 cm × 8 cm × 9 cm, weights 110 g and 118 g, one with interior oxidation and the other with a dent in the papier‑mâché above the foot, both in good used condition.

Description:
Two boat-shaped brass “Kashkul” charm bowls from India. Both bowls are coated on the outside with decorated papier-mâché. One bowl has a gold-colored leaf decor and the other has a red floral decor. Both bowls are unmarked (see photos).

Condition:
One bowl has some oxidation on the inside and the other bowl has a small dent on the side in the papier-mâché above the foot (see photos). Otherwise both bowls are in good used condition.
