The municipal council of the idyllically situated village of Jonkborn in the hinterland of Sweden wants to open the village to tourism to tap a new source of income. The Ministry of Tourism has already promised financial support if certain conditions are met. The advertising expert Leif must advise the municipality. Mayor Nils Hansen conceives the idea of transforming the spring in the nearby forest, which the locals lovingly call the 'spring of love', into an attraction. A poster is quickly designed showing a naked woman in a bath and the text reads: 'The Love Spring of Jonkborn gives men strength and women beauty!'
