Description from the seller
Set of 6 Tumbler Glasses "Goti de Fornasa" in Murano Glass - Multicolored Twisted Cane Motif (Rigadin Ritorto)
Exclusive service consisting of 6 tumbler glasses (known in Venetian tradition as "Goti de Fornasa"), entirely handcrafted freehand and mouth-blown by master glassmakers.
Each piece is a unique work of art. The glasses are characterized by the famous decorative technique of the "rigadin ritorto" (spiraled canes): opal white glass filaments fuse at high heat with colored crystal, creating a dynamic and refined geometric spiral motif that envelops the entire surface.
The set features a splendid pastel red coloration to embellish and add a touch of contemporary light to any table, especially for those who love the post-modern retro taste of the 1970s/80s.
Craftsmanship is evident in the very slight differences in height and diameter between pieces, and in the characteristic mark of the "pontello" on the bottom of the glass, a sure guarantee of a product made entirely by hand according to ancient Murano techniques.
