VINEGAR WINE
Wine vinegar is an aged product, maturing for a long time in large oak barrels which soften its pungency and over the years give it intense perfumes and woody notes.
SABA
The “Saba,” Emiliano name for cooked grape must, is a fresh product, used in these lands since the time of the ancient Romans. The must of local grapes is cooked in the open air for many hours, concentrating until it becomes particularly sweet and dense. Traditionally it pairs with cheeses and, because of its sweetness, has been rediscovered in pastry for use on ice creams, creams and desserts based on ricotta.
AGRODOLCE BIANCO
Giusti White Agrodolce is born from the gentle pressing of Trebbiano grapes, from which a particularly sweet juice is obtained. This is then mixed with high-quality white wine vinegars, and aged in French oak and ash barriques. This procedure preserves the fruitier and floral aromas of the vine, creating a very pleasant condiment thanks to the contrast between low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus.
