Born in 2006 from Maestro Luciano Pavarotti’s request to produce a unique object to be offered at a charity auction for his Foundation. The Giusti family thus creates the Scrigno, a precious wooden box containing the entire Historical Collection in the classic Champagnotta format, paired with five premium Aged Balsamic Vinegars stored in separate casks of Oak, Cherry, Chestnut, Mulberry and Ash.

1 BOTTLE "UNA MEDAGLIA D'ARGENTO" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, round balsamic acidity, the “Silver Medal” is a highly aromatic product, capable of enhancing the flavor of dishes with its intensity. To be used both raw and in cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak casks from 1900 with addition of balsamic vinegar already aged taken from batteries of centuries-old casks.
