Description from the seller
In a very tight cinematic framing, a woman's hand applies a revolver bullet onto lips lacquered red, in the manner of lipstick. The textured, expressive brushstrokes reinforce the sensual, tactile quality of the mouth, which violently contrasts with the cold metallic hardness of the ammunition. At the crossroads of Pop Art and contemporary realism, this provocative work explores the duality between seduction and danger, glamour and brutality, offering a visual reflection on power and femininity.
