Triptych - Wood - 1940-1950 - The Last Supper - 77 cm

Important carved and polychromed wooden mural altarpiece, created in a neorenaissance/baroque style, with religious scenes inspired by “The Last Supper”.

The piece consists of a central body and fold-down side panels, richly decorated with vegetal motifs and relief-carved ornamentation. The interior presents protected religious images (prints), while the exterior shows an elegant symmetrical decoration with a striking visual impact.

Completely made of wood, finished in a dark mahogany tone with a natural patina appropriate to its age.

Very decorative for both classic interiors and sacred art collections and vintage religious furniture.

Overall condition good, with slight signs of use and aging typical of time.
