Description from the seller
The manifesto portrays Viktor Glukhov (Виктор Глухов), a Soviet circus artist, and is a poster for the Soviet Circus (Цирк) produced in the USSR in the 1960s-1970s.
The graphic style, with fluid shapes and psychedelic lettering, is typical of late-Soviet Moscow graphic avant-garde, influenced by both Russian Constructivism and Western psychedelic art of the 1960s.
Many of these posters were created by illustrators active for the publishing house “Soyuzgoscirk” (Union of State Circuses) and printed to promote individual artists or shows.
NOTE: This is a later edition, probably from the 1970s
