Statue, Re Magi - 24 cm - Papier-mache

Vintage papier-mâché statue of the Moorish Magi King, produced most likely by Fontanini. The figure is made of papier-mâché and plaster, classic materials of Italian vintage nativity scenes, and features a hand-painted, detailed depiction kneeling, wearing a red turban and a blue and yellow tunic, while holding a gift. A chip on the turban and some parts slightly in need of touch-up to restore the color. All verifiable in the photos. Height 24 cm, depth 10 cm.
