Description from the seller

In the first instance, this poster is an unadulterated sheet of banknotes. The cliché is printed on only one side. The cut banknotes were used by the Kabouterpartij, a component of Provo, during a demonstration and were distributed.

In the second instance, the following:
According to insiders, the design of these counterfeit banknotes is by Robbert de Bakker. It would fit well with his ideological background and more than exceptionally good graphical expertise and skill. That skill would be evident from suspicions of counterfeit Chilean banknotes and lithographs by Picasso that (100% true) have found their way to the market from his hand — see the Heyboer scandal. From personal knowledge I know that the man harbors total contempt for money and certain artists.
His etching work is brilliant, his portraits so powerful that the paper seems to come alive..
So: this poster is attributed by me to Robbert de Bakker.
