Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Pair of Pulegoso glass vessels designed by Notarangelo in Italy during the 1980s, with petal-molded openings and cobalt-blue central rosettes, stamped Design by Notarangelo and Officina la Goccia, in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Glass.
Excellent condition.
Design by Notarangelo.
1. 13x7x7.
2. 11x4x4.
Poste Italiane.
The "Pulegoso" Working consists of injecting substances into the molten glass to provoke innumerable gas bubbles (called "puleghe"). The result gives the glass a spongy, dense, and semi-opaque texture that recalls the appearance of ice or sea foam.
Each piece is topped by a hot-moded mouthpiece shaped like transparent glass petals, which encloses at the center a decorative cobalt blue rose. The same petal finish with blue inserts is mirrored on the base with a stabilizing foot for both pieces.
The pair plays on the complementarity of geometric shapes.
The taller one has the elongated cylindrical body divided into two modular sections.
The smaller bottle is composed of two overlapping spheres, a classic geometric motif of mid‑century design.
The bottles bear the mark "Design by Notarangelo" and the inscription "Officina la Goccia".
View carefully the photographs as they are an integral part of the description.
Fast shipping and careful packaging.
