Two Dani necklaces/value objects in the Baliem Valley, the highlands of New Guinea, and a talisman pouch from the Wisselmeren area. The necklaces are valuable because shells are not found in the highlands. The pouch is made of plant fibers and orchid stems. From the collection of Jac Hoogerbrugge. Collected in the 1960s or 1970s.

2 halskettingen/waardeobjecten van de Dani in de Baliemvallei van de hooglanden in Nieuw Guinea en een amulettentas uit het gebied van de Wisselmeren. De kettingen zijn waardevol omdat schelpen niet worden gevonden in de hooglanden. De tas is gemaakt van plantaardige vezels en orchideeënstengel.  Uit de collectie van Jac Hoogerbrugge. Verzameld in de jaren '60 of '70.
