This exclusive lamp is manufactured in the iconic Capodimonte / Hollywood Regency style and dates from the 60s or 70s.
The lamp is designed after the model of a traditional antique oil lamp ('quinqué'), which provides a wonderful nostalgic look.

The base consists of a very graceful and detailed cast brass frame combined with fine Italian porcelain.
Both the foot and the middle section are adorned with the characteristic, three-dimensionally raised, hand-crafted roses.
The generous glass shade ('hurricane shade') is made of matte white opal glass. The shade is beautifully decorated with subtle, softly colored floral details and refined bow motifs.

In excellent vintage condition.
The porcelain and the glass shade are completely intact, the brass housing has a beautiful authentic patina.
