Description from the seller

- pochoir printed. Minimal reserve.

Made in 1968 in Czechoslovakia, featuring a very strong design and the most important image in the social history of Eastern Europe.
This poster is propaganda against the Soviet aggression and the four other Warsaw Pact members against Czechoslovakia in 1968, specifically targeting the Soviet soldier.
This poster is just one in a rainbow of posters featuring strong graphic designs, all of which use psychological warfare in combination with well-known graphic images from communist history.
This method, rooted in communist ideology and portraying the misguided mindset of contemporary Moscow leaders, worked so well that the first wave of Russian soldiers was replaced because of it.
This was an outstanding achievement of propaganda, and this poster for sale is the historic physical evidence of that superior thinking.
Guaranteed original.
