Vintage Ornate Solid Brass Monastery Wall Bell - 42.5 cm - Latin Inscription

For sale is a beautiful and fully functional vintage monastery-style wall bell, cast in solid brass.
The piece features a rich, natural golden patina and sounds with a clear, loud resonant tone.

The bell is heavily decorated in relief with historical motifs, including the symbols of the Four Evangelists in medallions and a stylized Fleur-de-lis pattern.
The circular banner features the famous Latin phrase: "QUI ME TANGIT VOCEM MEAM AUDIT" (He who touches me will hear my voice).

The highly decorative wall bracket features mythical creatures (gargoyles/griffins) and ornate Baroque scrollwork.
It comes complete with its original rocker arm with a spherical counterweight, the connection chain, and the ornate pull handle.
