Description from the seller
Rare Vintage Budweiser Beer Stein – "The Mallard" – Gerz Meisterwerke (1994)
A stunning, meticulously detailed relief beer stein from the exclusive "Meisterwerke" series by the renowned German manufacturer S.P. Gerz GmbH. This limited artwork from 1994 is inspired by wildlife artist Pat Ford and produced on commission for Budweiser.
The stein showcases a splendid, three-dimensional scene of a wild duck (Mallard) in its natural habitat, surrounded by reed stalks, a salamander and leaves. The duck’s bill creatively doubles as the pour spout, and the handle is shaped as braided reeds.
Special collector’s detail:
At the bottom there is the official factory stamp. Notably, the compartment for the individual serial number is blank. In the collector’s world this very likely indicates a rare pre-production model, factory prototype, or an 'Artist Proof'. This makes this specific piece even more unique than the regularly numbered edition!
Specifications:
Model: The Mallard "Prince of Ducks"
Manufacturer: S.P. Gerz GmbH (Germany)
Design: Pat Ford
Year: 1994
Material: Hand-painted ceramic with a heavy lid made of solid pewter and a deep-blue porcelain inlay.

Width: approx. 20 cm (including handle and spout)

An absolute must-have for collectors of unique beer collectibles, Budweiser memorabilia, or connoisseurs of high-quality decorative hunting and nature ceramics.
Will be shipped very carefully and securely. Pick-up is also possible.
