Antique hand-hammered solid copper cauldron in Arts & Crafts style, dating to 1400–1450, with a diameter of 31 cm, height 17 cm, depth 17 cm, weight 1.5 kg, made in Italy (Piemonte) and attributed to my great-grandfather.

Hand-forged solid copper cauldron, antique large hammered by hand, artisanal workmanship from the 1960s-1970s.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
- Material: Solid red copper, hand-hammered, substantial thickness 1.5 kg
- Dimensions: Diameter 31 cm x Height 17 cm x Depth 17 cm
- Handles: Original wrought iron, riveted
- Interior: Tinned, in good usable condition
- Exterior: Original patina from time and fire, consistent with the era
- Mark: None present, typical of artisanal production of the period
SPECIALITIES:
Hand hammering visible across the entire exterior surface. A craftsmanship technique no longer used in modern mass production. Thick bottom ideal for slow cooking, polenta, jams, marmalades.
IDEAL FOR: Collectors of antique kitchen utensils, rustic/shabby chic decor, farm stays, B&Bs, decoration.
