THONET ORIGINAL ROCKING CHAIR FROM 1880s–1900s. This is an authentic Gebrüder Thonet Vienna rocking chair.

DETAILS AND AUTHENTICITY:
 1. Original: THONET original hot-stamped mark under the seat. Not a reproduction. Circa 1880–1900
 2. Model: 1st series. Recognizable by the eyelet-like curls on the front of the rockers and the tall oval backrest.
 3. Materials: Steam-bent beech, original walnut finish with aged patina. Seat and back in Vienna cane woven in a honeycomb pattern.

CONDITION:
Solid and fully functional frame. Wood without cracks or borers, only a small looseness shown in the photo. Cane weaving shows normal age-related wear. Patina consistent with 120 years.

 1.   Originale: Timbro a fuoco THONET originale sotto la seduta. Non è una ristampa. Epoca 1880-1900
 2.   Modello: 1a serie. Si riconosce dai riccioli a "occhiello" sul davanti dei dondoli e lo schienale ovale alto.
 3.   Materiali: Faggio curvato a vapore, finitura noce originale con patina d’epoca. Seduta e schienale in impagliatura di Vienna a nido d’ape.

CONDIZIONI:
Struttura solida e perfettamente funzionante. Legno senza rotture o tarlo, solo un piccolo allentamento messo in foto. Impagliatura con normale usura da epoca. Patina coerente con i 120 anni.
