Magnificent traditional Alpine hunting pipe (Jägerpfeife), dating from 1900–1920. Probable provenance: Switzerland / Germany.

The bowl is meticulously crafted in quality wood, complemented by a stem and a mouthpiece elegantly carved in black horn. It is equipped with its original perforated metal wind shield, connected to a metal security chain to prevent loss of the removable parts.

A superb authentic collectible piece of excellent craftsmanship, ideal for lovers of antique tobacco items (Tobacciana), Alpine folk art, or for display case decoration.
