The Montblanc Meisterstück LeGrand 166 is presented in very good overall condition, showing a remarkable level of preservation for a writing instrument of its era.

The precious burgundy resin retains a deep, uniform shine, with no cracks, breaks or repairs. Only minor superficial signs of use are visible, detectable only upon close inspection and in line with careful use, which do not affect aesthetics or function at all.

The gold-plated metal elements — clip and rings — are in very good condition, with their original shine and no loss of plating, showing only light handling marks that are normal for a vintage item.

The Montblanc emblem on the top of the cap is complete, well centered, and without missing parts. The engraving on the central ring “Montblanc – Meisterstück” remains sharp and perfectly legible.

The rollerball system works correctly, with a firm cap closure and smooth writing (refill included according to availability).

Overall, this is a very well-preserved piece, ideal for both daily use and for a collection.
