Cartier Trinity Vendôme Must de Cartier pen with burgundy lacquer body and gold-plated trim, 13.4 cm long and 0.8 cm in diameter, serial no. 696889, made in France in the late 20th century, in good used condition with minor signs of wear and in working order, supplied with a courtesy box.
Description from the seller
A0000004744
The pen presents a generally very good condition, maintaining an elegant aesthetic fully in line with its character as a luxury piece.
The burgundy lacquered, jaspered body remains with good gloss and depth of color, with no visible material loss. Light micro-scratches on the surface are evident from use, only perceptible upon close inspection and without impact on the overall aesthetics of the piece.
The gold-plated elements — clip, nib, and top cap — retain an excellent tone and presence, showing light signs of use such as fine marks or micro-scratches, especially in the more exposed areas. The characteristic Trinity ring maintains its definition and appeal, with very light wear in keeping with its age.
The winding mechanism works correctly, offering smooth and precise operation, ensuring a comfortable and reliable writing experience.
Overall, this is a well-preserved piece with normal signs of use for its age, which do not affect either its functionality or its aesthetic value as a collectible object.
It will be sent in a courtesy box for proper preservation. Happy bidding!
