Splendid and rare antique pipe in authentic seafoam (Real Meerschaum), dating from the late 19th / early 20th century. The body of the pipe is finely hand-carved and depicts a nude female figure lying semi-reclined along the shank (a nymph/Venus), with excellent attention to detail.

The piece features a splendid and intense natural amber patina, a sign of age and use from the period. It is complete with its original rigid, shaped case, lined inside with velvet and silk, bearing the gilded warranty mark "Warranted Real Meerschaum". Damaged Bowl: a conspicuous chip/breakage is visible on the rim of the bowl (the top where the tobacco is inserted).

Mouthpiece Missing: it is evident that the original mouthpiece is completely absent (usually made of natural amber or Bakelite). The bare metal screw shank at the end of the shank remains visible.
