Holy water font - 1960-1970 - Madonna

Elegant wall-mounted holy water font in gilded bronze, decorated with floral motifs and Baroque/Rococo ornaments. In the center is depicted the Madonna in relief, set within a small architectural niche. At the bottom there is a bulging transparent glass basin, supported by a bronze-decorated frame with friezes and floral motifs. On the back there is a hook for hanging on the wall. Good overall condition, with patina, oxidation, wear to the gilding, and normal signs of aging visible in the photos. A highly decorative devotional piece, ideal for collectors of sacred art and vintage religious objects.
