Elegant and rare pair of busts depicting Saint Peter and Saint Paul, petrified marble-like stone, a smooth and compact material, not plaster nor scagliola – therefore ideal for outdoor display as well.

Both busts are mounted on high-quality marble bases in excellent condition. The sculptures show defined features and meticulous attention to detail, the work of skilled hands, probably an Italian sculptor active in the mid-20th century (approximate period: 1940s–1960s).
