Sculpture, Anatra - 10 cm - Murano glass

Refined artistic sculpture in Murano glass depicting a duck (or mandarin duck), entirely handmade according to the Murano tradition of the 1970s/80s.
The piece is a magnificent example of the Sommerso technique and Silver Leaf.
The body features an amber-to-reddish chromatic base, internally coated with a dense snowfall of silver leaf (or aluminum powder) that creates a bright, textured craquelé effect.
The head and chest fade into an elegant contrast between milky white and deep black.
Details such as the eyes set hot and the beak in amber-transparent glass underscore its high level of craftsmanship.
For style and technique, the piece is attributed to the renowned Murano manufacturer Vincenzo Nason & C. (Murano).
