Description
Splendid Byzantine cross in 18 K gold, handcrafted in Greece, in keeping with the devotional goldsmithing tradition.
The workmanship is of the highest level: each microbead is set by hand using the micro‑Hella 1×1 technique, an extremely precise process that requires time, skill and great experience.
The microbeads form an even pavé that harmoniously frames the cabochon emeralds and brilliant-cut rubies, creating a rich and refined color contrast.
The cord edge and fine granulation complete the structure, giving the piece an authentically Byzantine character.

Notes for the collector
A piece of high-end Greek devotional jewelry, rare for quality and condition.
Ideal for collectors of sacred art, Byzantine jewelry, or fine artisanal artefacts.
