Château Ducasse Graves Rouge 2021 is a classic red Bordeaux from the AOC Graves , south of the city of Bordeaux. The estate has been in the hands of the Perromat family for generations and is known for elegant, mineral-tinged wines from the characteristic gravel soils of Graves. Features, Grapes: primarily Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, sometimes supplemented with Cabernet Franc and/or Petit Verdot. Color: deep ruby red.. Aroma: blackcurrants, blackberries, cherries, cedarwood, light spices and a subtle smoky touch.
Taste: ripe black fruit, fresh acidity, fine tannins, and a mineral, elegant finish. The 2021 vintage is slightly fresher and lighter in style than 2019 or 2020, which is typical of Bordeaux 2021. Serve:Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.. Decanting: 30–60 minutes. Drinking window: already good to drink, but is expected to develop further until approximately 2029–2033 . Food and wine pairing:
