Antique Japanese-inspired side table with wood carving and a drawer.

Atmospheric antique wooden plant or side table (géridon) in Anglo-Japanese style, with refined wood carving, decorative panels and a drawer with a floral motif. A special piece of furniture from the period around 1890–1910 with beautiful Eastern influences.

Light wood type, possibly limewood (linden).

Condition
In used antique condition appropriate for its age. A portion of the top board is missing. The color of the top board differs from the rest of the table; see the photos. The top and bottom boards consist of two parts, and in several places there are small holes in the wood and worn paint. These features contribute to the authentic look of the piece. Please study the photos carefully to get a good idea of it.
