Detailed description:
I am auctioning a rare Pelikan collection model: the R620 rollerball pen, from the special edition "Grand Places" dedicated to the famous Piazza Navona in Rome. Marketed for a short period starting in 2004/2005, this model based on the dimensions of the Souverän 600 line has been out of production for many years.

The body and cap are shaped in a unique resin that imitates the hues of Roman stone and travertine, alternating amber, cream and slightly grayish reflections. Each piece has a marbling pattern unique to it.

This exemplar was purchased new in 2005. It has seen very little use, kept with the greatest care and is in excellent condition, with no notable micro-scratches or gilding alterations. The screw thread and the cap-closing click are flawless.
