This is a vintage 2000, authentic Tiffany & Co., heavy, sterling silver (marked) bracelet with 5.9-millimeter balls on a continuous spiral creating oval shapes. The balls are stationary and do not move freely. The bracelet is 8 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and weighs an impressive 30.9 grams. It has a hidden box clasp shaped like one of the balls. The bracelet is marked: 2000 Tiffany & Co. 925
