I have something to offer you from a private, family collection. A very interesting history of the item. It was produced in the 1960s-1970s at the Plonski Art Ceramic Factory, Płońsk, Volhynia, Ukraine. A city of the Soviet Union, i.e., the USSR.

A vintage glazed ceramic set, a decanter and sake or vodka glasses. The entire piece is hand-painted, handmade. The decanter (fish) is 26 cm tall; the fish-shaped glasses are five pieces, 7 cm tall.
