Set of three brass candlesticks with a slender, balanced neoclassical design, dating to the 1940s (estimated 1940–1950), each about 26 cm high with a circular stepped base and original patina.
Description from the seller
Elegant set composed of 3 brass candelabras characterized by a slender and balanced line, typical of European decorative production between the late 19th and 20th centuries.
Material
Solid brass (likely cast with subsequent turning and chasing).
Surface with natural gilt patina, an indicator of authentic aging and not recent.

Neoclassical
Clean and proportioned forms, with a circular stepped base and a geometric shaft. The incised decorations and linear motifs recall the classical taste reinterpreted between the 19th and early 20th century
Epoca
Probable first half of the 20th century (circa 1920-1950), in line with the revival neoclassical decorative production widespread in Europe.
Produzione
European manufactory (likely French), of an artisanal/industrial type.
Objects made for domestic decorative use, but with higher quality than modern production.
Rifiniture
* Turned shaft work
* Incised/chased decorations on the sides
* Wide base for stability
* Original patina not polished and not restored (present slight oxidation consistent with age)
Condizioni
Excellent overall condition.
Signs of wear and light surface oxidation that confirm vintage authenticity.
