The Montblanc Meisterstück LeGrand 166 is presented in very good overall condition, showing a remarkable level of preservation for a writing instrument of its era.

The precious burgundy resin retains a deep, uniform shine, with no cracks, breaks or repairs. Only micro-surface signs of use are evident, visible only upon close inspection and in line with careful use, which do not affect the aesthetics or the functionality at all.

The gold-plated metal elements — clip and rings — are in very good condition, with original luster and no loss of plating, showing only light signs of handling normal for a vintage item.

The Montblanc emblem on the top of the cap is complete, well centered and without deficiencies. The engraving on the central ring “Montblanc – Meisterstück” remains sharp and perfectly legible.

The rollerball system functions correctly, with a firm cap closure and smooth writing (refill included, subject to availability).

Overall, this is a very well-preserved piece, ideal for daily use as well as for a collection.
