Table lamp - rattan - XL Boho table lamp

A lamp that immediately sets the mood. This generous table lamp from Burma, today Myanmar, dates from the 70s/80s. The tall pyramid-shaped base is fully clad in fine, densely woven rattan. The woven corner joints and the integrated cable channel show the care paid to the finish.

With a total height of 67 cm, this is a true XL edition. Large enough to work as an independent interior piece, without looking heavy or solid. The warm color of the rattan forms a beautiful contrast with the generous natural-toned fabric lampshade.

Place it on a low cabinet, sideboard, or wide windowsill. Pair with dark wood, travertine, linen, bouclé, or ceramics. Also lovely in a boho chic, Mediterranean, coastal, organic modern, or Ibiza-style interior.

Condition
The lamp is in good vintage condition.
The rattan is beautifully colored and largely intact. The handmade structure shows natural variations and light signs of use that are consistent with age and material.

The lampshade shows light signs of aging and use, including small spots and minor irregularity along the upper edge. Please view the photos carefully for a complete view of the condition.

The electrical system has been tested and the lamp works.
