Condition:
The board shows some minor signs of wear appropriate to its age, but is fully functional. The board is made of solid wood. The Lardy chess pieces are in superb condition and complete. Weighted and with felt underneath. The original wooden storage box for the pieces is present, dated 1976.

The Lardy chess pieces come from France. The French Lardy style of the pieces is recognized worldwide and popular for its clear design. Beautifully crafted knights.
