Our standards:
- Every bonsai is delivered with a sample package of our favored organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we place the measuring instrument at half height between root collar and first branch (see example image). In the case of multiple trunks, the widest one is chosen.
- All of our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed by us.
- If available, we recycle old packaging when shipping, for the sake of the environment.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state they normally deliver within a maximum of 4 business days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid delivery delays due to weekends.
