Centrepiece - Tin, Glass - Candy dish (glass/metal)

For Art Nouveau enthusiasts, here is an antique lidded box (or bonbonnière) dating from the 1900s-1910s. It’s a beautiful curiosity piece that combines amber-colored blown glass with an openwork pewter (or regulus) frame. The floral and foliage design is acid-etched, creating a nice matte contrast on the glass. The piece is quite heavy, weighing about 1 kg, with a height of approximately 12 cm and a diameter of 19 cm. It is unsigned, which was very common for these folk-art pieces from Eastern France or Bohemia at the time. In terms of condition, it is in its honest vintage state with normal signs of wear for an object that has traversed the century. The metal retains its genuine old patina, with no breakage.
